Senator Phillips, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the            
Community and Regional Affairs Committee referral be waived on                 
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 275(FIN) am "An Act relating to the                      
Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute and a salmon marketing tax; and             
providing for an effective date."  Without objection, it was so                
ordered.
